This beautiful antique dress shows an extravagance of workmanship, conjuring visions of Edwardian girls hand making their trousseau over many many years.
Featuring hand made lace, pin tucks and broderie anglaise over the bodice, sleeves and hem.
The waistband is backed with pale green silk, part of the original dress but removable on request. The lace is a colour we call "winter white", which is white with a subtle hint of ivory.
This dress is in excellent condition, and is a wonderful example of the period.
